Mark Zuckerberg moved up one spot, while India’s Mukesh Ambani returns to the top 10 for the first time in two years.<br/><br/>Billionaire Elon Musk lost his title as world’s richest person in January, as shares of his electric car maker slid and a judge in Delaware voided Musk’s $51 billion pay package, leading Forbes to discount his package of options.
